By using Grokbot you agree to these terms.

Grokbot is an internal tool for staff. It connects to Xero Practice Manager under OAuth 2.0 with your authorisation.

Acceptable use

Use it only for legitimate practice work. Do not attempt to bypass authentication, extract data beyond your role, or use it to train any AI model.

Data

Xero data accessed through Grokbot is used only to deliver the service to you. It is not used to train AI models and is not passed to any third party except the AI model provider required to generate responses, under a no-training commitment.

Your responsibilities

Keep your login secure, including multi-factor authentication. You are responsible for actions taken under your account.

Liability

Grokbot is provided as-is for internal use. We are not liable for decisions made solely on its output — verify important figures against Xero.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
